The H.E.A.R.T. Youth Initiative (HYI) was built on one simple belief  that every young person deserves the chance to be understood, guided, and empowered before life’s challenges define them.

We exist to fill the gaps that so many youth experience: the absence of mentorship, the lack of connection, and the pressure to grow up in a world that often moves faster than they can. HYI helps young people from grade school through high school build the emotional, social, and practical tools they need to thrive, not just survive.
